Terry is a REALTOR, broker and the founder of Reilly Realty & Management.

He has over 40 years experience in the real estate industry and is a state certified general contractor with training and experience in roofing, electrical work, air conditioning, carpentry, drywall, mold remediation, painting and repairs. He has personally remodeled dozens of properties including full bath and kitchen additions and is an accurate and experienced estimator. He has handled the sale and purchase of hundreds of properties as well as leasing them. He has shepherded his clients and their properties through four hurricanes impacting Orlando and helped those clients achieve fair treatment on their property damage claims.
He has selected well over 100 properties on behalf of clients and structured the terms of their purchase. He has renovated them as needed, rented them to good quality tenants and managed them during their holding period.
Then, when the time is right, he has sold those properties, sometimes structing the sale as a 1031 exchange allowing that equity to continue growing. Because of his unique background, he has been very successful in helping his clients prosper.
